I can’t thank Roxanne Brown enough for the support she gave me during my voluntary interview at the police station. From our first conversation, she made everything clear and easy to understand. Roxanne was reassuring, and really listened to my concerns. She explained my rights in a way that made me feel confident and fully prepared. During the interview, she made sure I was protected and supported every step of the way. I felt like I had someone genuinely on my side. Thanks to her help, the case resulted in no further action being taken. Greeted Shaun whilst attending a police interview last month, it was a very distressing time but I was reassured immediately with Shaun’s confidence, friendliness and professional manner. Shaun advised me of what to say, when to say it and reassured me that things would be ok, I left the police station feeling much better. Shaun then followed the matter up via a written letter stating what we did/ plan of action/ current status etc, then several weeks later I got the outcome we’d hoped for via letter and a friendly chat over the phone. What can I say…in one of my darkest hours, you really stepped up Shaun and you were like a breath of fresh air…much appreciated!

Absolutely disgusted after several attempts with promises of a return call , nothing. I'm bk in Crown Court next month 7th may . Still had no meeting no call, no directions or extraction of my evidence. No words in a very unsettling time for me were i was in a arena fighting for my children now I fighting for my life after these accusations after the break up but besides the point. Lack of communication or desire to communicate
