Excellent service.

I have recently had Ruth Hawkins helping me on a case with my children. She was excellent from start to finish. My case involved the local authorities, Ruth was quick to be on their case whenever they slacked. Her assistant Sophie was also excellent, she kept me up to date on anything needed if Ruth was around or in office. I struggle to understand some things, Ruth and Sophie made sure things were simplified for me. I would highly recommend using BH&O. I am in fact using them again now for help against the LA not sticking to their plans. I could not thank them enough.

Irena and Kerri-Ann have made me feel valued for 3.5 years

Irena and the team have been looking after my child and I for 3.5 years. The stress and process at times has been immensely painful but from the moment I discovered BH&O Legal my hand has been held. Irena has supported me through an incredibly difficult time and I have felt like she has been on this journey with us, standing by my side. Going over and above at times to respond or resolve queries I had, Irena has an incredible way of empowering me to form a decision for myself which is something I have always struggled with, whilst also guiding and advising where necessary within the limitations of her specialism. The team have all also been very attentive and helpful. They have always made sure I felt safe and supported. Thank you.

Extremely helpful, honest and a pleasure to work with

We had a complicated and very prolonged adoption case that Emily helped us get through with a positive outcome. I don't think we could have done it without her. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and to the point. From the first time we spoke to her we knew she was the right person for us. She was thorough and listened to everything we had to say and her answers were always thought out. She kept us fully aware of everything she was doing and we never felt like we were wasting her time or ours. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a solicitor to do with adoptions.
