As a first time buyer I can’t rate Oliver and his time highly enough! Joseph Property Law assisted with an equity transfer for me and my partner which we hoped to carry out quickly due to the upcoming changes to SDLT. Oliver was extremely efficient, keeping us updated at every stage and always responded to emails very quickly. We completed the transfer in less than a month from start to finish! This is my second time of using Oliver at JPL for legal matters. Oliver is the best solicitor I have ever worked with. He stays in communication, he knows his stuff, he does not over charge, he is prompt, I have direct contact with him and he is extremely fast at responding. I think Oliver has set the bar really high, and I will definitely use him if/when I have any other legal matters to attend to. I highly recommend him. I have used him for my will and for buying my house. I cannot commend the firm highly enough.

We are pleased to be able to offer clients their choice of communication method and case progression. We are able to offer a near paperless process with all communications through email and telephone; or we can offer a more traditional experience for clients that prefer to deal with letters and hard copy documents in front of them.
