In just under an hour's (first) phone consultation, Ms Nargis Awan was very attentive to details and provided useful advice. Not only did she give advice on the phone, but she also sent a detailed claim two days later, so that I could better represent myself at the Employment Tribunal. I had explained that I was short of funds as I had been dismissed without any notice.

We have been with ALA Ltd since 2016 and I can honestly say that unlike other law firms around this one has exceptional customer service and they have always maintained excellent rapport with us at all times. Nargis is one of the most diligent and trustworthy solicitor who has provided amazing expertise throughout the many years. Nargis and her entire team have always been very professional and accommodating even in difficult situations. We would highly recommend anyone who needs extra legal support and advice to go to Awan Legal Associates Ltd as they are the best legal firms out there. Both Sal and Nargis assisted me with my application for a spouse visa for my wife. My case was not straightforward as it involved my wife coming from South America, complications of my previous marriage and my wife being in a vulnerable situation. The team worked hard in putting together a comprehensive application and great cover letter which the Home Office accepted in a matter of days. I found this firm to be very solutions focused and took a tailored approach to my needs. They were adamant in getting my application right the first time (despite my constant nagging!) and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend this firm for any immigration support.
