All 3 of the above title were several years out of date and needed updating. Marie and JoJo were outstanding and went above and beyond from start to finish on both my sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Not only were Marie and JoJo tenacious, active, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and extremely good at communicating with all parties, they were kind, patient and understanding during an extremely difficult time.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and I had emails from them at the weekend which showed me they were taking my matters extremely seriously and were working hard all the time.

Marie and JoJo provided valuable support and information throughout this matter and worked extremely well with other parties.

My vendor was asking me for advice as she felt my solicitors were so exceptionally helpful.

There are not enough words to express adequately how outstanding Marie and JoJo are. Their attention to detail, being across my matters at all times, tenacious work, valuable advice, honesty, explanations, patience and help with me were absolutely exceptional. At all times Marie and JoJo were very good at everything they did on my matters.
I was extremely lucky and blessed to have Marie and JoJo. They were very easy to approach, answered all my enquiries very quickly, were punctual and well ahead of the other parties in the sale and purchase process.
In addition Marie and JoJo treated me like a person rather than a case file which really helped too!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marie and JoJo to anyone. They work quickly, efficiently, promptly and with the utmost attention to details, costs and are very easy to communicate with. Marie and JoJo are always courteous, knowledgeable and reliable. Marie and JoJo were able to make the very stressful process easier for me by being so effective at what they do. Marie and JoJo were always very quick to return any telephone calls and to answer my questions. They were excellent at explaining things to me in a way I could understand quickly. At all times throughout this process I felt that my matters were in safe hands.
I have tried to find any tiny fault in the experience I had with Marie and JoJo at Amicus Law but everything was exceptional from start to finish.
My bill was fair and reasonable.

We have had an excellent experience selling our house using Amicus Law. We initially lost our buyer due to a strange technicality with our property.. however throughout that issue and then the actual sale of our property Marie and JoJo have been helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process really smooth for us. We engaged Amicus Law in respect of the sale of a rented property in York. The firm was readily approachable by telephone; subsequent communication with the solicitor and her office staff was reliably prompt; the legal process was explained and queries clarified. When difficulties were encountered both with the buyer's delays in their mortgage offer, and with the local council's rented accommodation regulations, these were patiently managed and satisfactorily resolved. Documentation was issued in a timely way, was accurate, and took account of changing circumstances or requirements. Amicus Law's fees represented excellent value for money, compared with similar previous sales by various firms. We are grateful to Andrea Parsons, our solicitor, and to conveyancing assistant Donna Everett.

We were selling a property. The service we received from AmicusLaw, particularly JoJo and Marie, was excellent. Communication was first class, with regular updates and phone calls to update us. They stuck to the original estimate of cost, despite delays caused by the buyer's solicitors. We called into the office twice with documents we did not want to chance to the postal service, and were welcomed. Everyone we dealt will was friendly, and more importantly, good at what they do.
Should we need a solicitor for a property matter in the future, we will ask AmicusLaw again without hesitation.
