Above and beyond a professional service

Firstly I would like to say thank you so much for all your help. You went above just a normal service and really cared on a personal level, not just about my injury claim. While keeping everything professional you also had time to talk about my feelings and what I was going through in my life. So thank you Garry, you are not only exceptional at your job but a true gentleman I will miss. Another thank you goes to Sue Garland who always kept me updated and answered any questions the same day. All in all the personnel at the Sheffield branch of Watkins and Gunn was fantastic and fully recommend.

Help with a work accident

I had a work related accident in early 2020 and didn't really think about putting a claim in. As it was coming towards the end of the window I had a change a heart and decided to do one. Once i got in touch with my union they put me in touch with Watkins and Gunn. From the very start I was impressed with the way in which they handled my case. And with the fact that they had very little time in which to get my claim processed I can't speak highley enough of everyone. I had regular updates on everything and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again if needed. Special thanks to kayleigh who has been brilliant. And also to silvia aswell.

Personal Injury Claim

My husbands personal injury claim took three years to process. In that time there was a lot of toing and froing with the other side, who were in no hurry to settle the claim against their customer. Kayleigh was assigned to my husband and in the three years had a lot of conversations and emails with updates and advice for next steps. Sadly my husband passed away in April this year and Kayleigh was very compassionate with me and the handling of the claim on my behalf.

I unfortunately was involved in a life changing accident whilst working at the steelworks in Sheffield. it was a real worrying time for my family and I.

I am a member of community Union and thankfully I was provided with the top lawyer Mr. Garry Dickinson.

Garry was magnificent all the way through the case. He explained everything to me and the case panned out exactly how he said it would. Garry is a people person and we became good friends. I would trust Garry with my life and his reputation proceeds him.
Sue Garland is Garry's number two and I can't say enough good things about her. She was always there for me if Garry was unavailable for any reason.

To say I was pleased with the outcome is the greatest understatement of the year. I cannot thank Watkin And Gunn, Garry and Sue enough for everything they have done for me.
The service was exceptional and they are quite simply the best.
