At the beginning there was a bit of a misunderstanding, my case was forwarded to the heavy injury claims department but eventually given to the small claims team. My case handler was Pete Nicholson, a fantastic and professional solicitor who kept me updated throughout the process and gave me the best advice too. I definitely recommend their service.

I've used Thompsons Solicitors previously, and had no hesitation in using them again. For this matter, I had the pleasure of speaking with Linda who initially took the particulars. She was friendly, humorous and helpful from the outset of the call, which I think gives a good feeling of how things will be dealt with going forward. The follow up email had a nice personal touch from her, showing that Linda actually listened to what we'd discussed. Regardless of the outcome, if the service initially provided by Linda carries on throughout the case, I'll be very happy.

I phoned Thompson today to put in a personal injury claim for an accident at work. A lovely lady called Jessica went through everything with me. She was very professional but full of empathy aswell. She made me feel calm and relaxed in what is a very stressful experience to deal with. I was told they would take on our personal injury case, only to have 6 different advisors deal with it, until eventually, they turned the case down, after 18months of time wasted, it was a case of an 80 year old lady, who in fairness doesn't have time to waste.
Terrible service no call backs or emails .
