Non-Molestation and occupation order hearing

I found Pardeep very useful and helpful during my free consultation. He gave me lots of advise and explained the legal side to me in more detail. When it came to me receiving the court order, I decided that Pardeeps services were too much for me and instructed a less senior solicitor from the firm - Anna. Anna was very helpful at my hearing and I felt very supported by her. However, on the day of my hearing and in the lead up, I didn't hear from Anna which left me concerned as I wasn't sure what to expect. I was told Anna would meet me before at court. The court time was scheduled for 12pm and these documents were given to the firm. On the day, Anna thought the hearing was at 2pm and therefore was late for the hearing. This made me very anxious on the day that no one would turning up despite paying the retainment fee prior. Anna was great at the hearing and I was pleased with the outcome. Following the hearing, I was issued with an additional invoice for Anna's services and felt this was very expensive for the work undertaken. I was also disappointed to see that no compensation had been made in regards to the lateness for the hearing. Overall, I was pleased with the solicitors and their help but I found the lack of communication prior to the hearing very difficult and the services very expensive.

I can't praise Staffordshire family law solicitors representative Fay Rotherly enough after contacting them to book a free consultation. After speaking with Joseph the secretary who took down some information then passed me over to Fay who asked some further questions and advised me there and then on a 10-minute phone call saving me time to go into the office for my free 1 hour consultation.The advice was free of charge and they put my mind at rest on a subject that I didn't know or understand, explaining the details and the legal guidelines on the subject I needed help with.
