Efficient, reasonably priced conveyancing service.
Whilst at times things seemed to go quiet, prompting an enquiry on our behalf as to progress, it was evident that all was proceeding as it should in the background. Ours was a fairly straighforward selling of a property. Apart from some queries raised by the buyer's solicitor there were no obvious complications. However, it was evident that the team dealing with the sale were competent and efficient and communicated in a pleasant and timely manner.
