The practice was originally formed in 1988 and was known as Michael Stephenson & Co. A subsequent partnership with Mark Fairweather from Leiston gave rise to the firm of Fairweather Stephenson & Co which the current Managing Director, Patrick Cooney, joined in 1995. The practice has operated from its premises in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe for many years and continues to increase its client base under the new name of Fairstep Solicitors. Gemma & Charlotte have been dealing with our first time buyer house purchase. They have both been exceptional with communications, updates and explaining. We had hiccups along the way and a long process due to the seller's solicitor - Gemma and Charlotte were fabulous at chasing and sympathising with us.
