Most impressed by friendliness and ease of whole process. From the first call for an appointment to the conclusion of the process. Solicitors knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Costs fully set out at start so no unpleasant surprises. Everyone so friendly and helpful but also service was speedy and efficient, nothing too much trouble.

Looking to arrange a new Will and lasting powers of attorney, Lindsey Ottywill of Barker Gotelee was extremely helpful throughout the process. Yes, I know these are things you can do yourself, but it is not easy to avoid possible pitfalls in wording your wants accurately and importantly -legally - especially with the various permutations of the modern day family. My conveyancer sent me here to get a piece of paperwork sworn. Although I had no appointment, they were able to fit me in at short notice. They were gracious about it, when they could have sent me away. (My conveyancer hadn't made the effort to ask them if it was ok, first on the phone.) The newly qualified lawyer was very nice about it & made me feel welcomed. It only cost me a £5 too. They seem like nice helpful people.

I went to Barker Gotelee Solicitors to do my Power of attorney. The solicitor that dealt with it was very efficient. There's plenty of parking and the offices are on the ground floor. I can recommend them.
