A difficult scenario simplified

Very professional approach to quite a complicated and difficult probate scenario. Always giving up to date information and advice Katherine was also humorous and approachable. Linkage with other solicitors and accountants was seemless and effective

Highly recommend

Have used the services of Peacock & Co Solicitors several times and the service provided has always been outstanding, excellent, very professional and a lovely team to work with. I highly recommend for both selling a property and a divorce settlement, if sadly needed for the later.

Excellent conveyancing service

We had three different attempts at buying a property and we instructed Ema Jones to act as our solicitor for each one.

Ema Jones and Amber Walter helped on the first one, but sadly due to problems with the planning permission and the building we had to pull out from the purchase almost a year after the offer was accepted.

For the second attempt Ema and Gillian Towns worked really hard with a seller that in the end decided to pull the property out of the market in the week prior to exchange.

For the third attempt both Ema and Gillian Towns were again extremely professional and focused. The sale went from offer accepted to completion in less than 2 months and a few obstacles had to be navigated along the way. We are grateful to both Ema and Gill for their work which got us to completion.

I cannot recommend Ema Jones and Gillian Towns enough. They kept us informed at every step very efficiently and during the entire process were very thorough and proactive. I will not hesitate to ask Ema Jones and Gillian Towns to handle any future matters for us.

P Fletcher Executor Duties

I am very grateful to Katherine Carrols professional work and assistance acting as Executor in my mother's estate. It had been a very long and expensive stressful time to finalise the probate sup until this point and I appreciate the task of Executor being fairly taken on by Katherine. I definitely recommend a solicitor of her caliber to take on the duty of finalising a probate or the duty of an Executor. Thank you.

First class service

Used Peacock and Co on 3 occasions now and as ever 100% satisfied with the service provided. Sophie and Shanice make a great team. It is a shame that the FTB buying our flat decided to use a licensed conveyancer based in Stoke on Trent who were a complete nightmare. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you read this employ a reputable local firm such as Peacocks and do not be tempted to try saving a few pounds using a LC- you will more than likely regret it as will lead to even more stress in was is already a fraught process.
