This is the first time I have had experience of using a legal probate service. Everything was explained clearly and dealt with as effectively as possible given the usual delays dealing with third parties. Emma-Rose dealt with what became a very tricky lease renewal with great professionalism and patience. She constantly fought our corner with the landlord and explained everything to me very clearly throughout the process, including laying out all of the options. I am very happy with the service we received as Emma-Rose responded to all calls and queries without delay and pushed the Landlords solicitor to do the same.

Lucy Lawrenson dealt with a Lease Extension on a property where the local authority are the freeholders. Lucy was efficient, responsive and a pleasure to deal with during a protracted case where getting a response from the freeholder, a local authority, was akin to getting blood out of a stone. Thanks so much to Lucy for all her hard work and efforts. Highly recommended.
