The transactions were traight forward. No problem. Would definitely use again and again.
The only downside that I would suggest to give customers updated more regularly as I had to chase up to find out the processing of the sale, otherwise you hear nothing at all. However, when questions has raised, I do have an answer from Vicky.

Had no issue using Brar & Co when purchasing our flat from Newcastle City Council. Every aspect was very smooth and would definitely recommend. I’ll be back to sort out a will.

Pleasant to deal with. Efficient and professional. Prompt replies to queries. Viki Logan and her assistant Hannah were a pleasure to deal with and always available to take a call. Great value and a real firm not a conveyancing call centre. No hesitation in using them again and have already recommended them twice to friends.
