Having previously used Hay & Kilner, we approached them regarding updating our Wills and obtaining Lasting Powers of Attorney. It was a pleasure to meet Tom Bridge. I have been a private client with Hay and Kilner for nearly 25 years and bought 3 houses with their help . The most recent purchase was a but more challenging and Lynn Liddle was exceptional ! Lynn was very helpful and polite and she really went above and beyond to get us over the line with our sale and purchase . Lynn is very capable and her calm professional attitude was second to none . Alice and Tom were patient, tolerant, tenacious, diplomatic and outstandingly professional whilst navigating constant mendacious, vexatious and malicious dispute's raised by the other joint executor of an estate. They both persevered, despite issuing multiple warnings to the other executor, and reinstating retainer. Finally, after 4 years, Alice supported by Tom effectively, efficiently and practically steered the case to a close, with welcome relief from the other beneficiaries.
