After I slid on diesel in 2019, I found Bike Lawyer as they specialised in diesel spill claims, and I wasn't disappointed!
Ian Dexter took my case on through the MIB from the beginning, through to the end and worked tirelessly to get a great outcome.
Despite having to navigate getting appointments and arrange speacialist visits during Covid, I was always kept up to date with my claim and got a satisfactory outcome.
Bikelayer should be anyone's first port of call after an accident, I would recommend them to anyone!

I do not think that any words or accolades can truly reflect the dedication and care that Ian Dexter and Bikelawyer have shown to me, not only as my solicitors who are responsible for securing the best outcome, but also as someone who went beyond the call of duty in order to see me through the immense difficulties and complexities of my case.
I developed CRPS after a motorcycle accident. As this illness continued to develop through my body I also started to become depressed and isolated. My work and career was also about to become non-existent and it was difficult to have treatment secured under NHS promptly.
This is where Mr. Dexter did not settle for anything less than to secure an immediate review by the best experts in the world who specialise in this condition. This resulted in prompt tests, subsequent treatments and management programmes which continue to be reviewed and improved to this day.
This was just half the battle - coming to terms with what this illness is doing to me and watching it gradually stripping away my life is impossible to describe. Mr Dexter did not stop there, he and his colleagues secured funding so that I can continue with physical and mental medical support. I am able to afford to pay for care and equipment to help me cope and also recover some independence.
Mr Dexter has not only been very prompt to update me on the progress of the case but his explanations were very clear. Additionally, Mr Dexter would call to check on me through genuine concern for my welfare and to ensure that I have everything I need in the meantime. I enjoyed Mr Dexter’s calm, caring and very reassuring dementor. I always felt I was in good hands with him.
Bikelawyer’s and Ian Dexter’s professionalism never felt that it ever came up short in any way. Mr Dexter is always thorough, prompt, clearly very skilled, knowledgeable and his communications were above and beyond the call of duty.
Most importantly for me, Mr Dexter is a kind and very empathetic person who always dedicated more than his fair share to help me with any problems I had during this stressful period. Following the accident, Mr Dexter fought tooth and nail to bring about the best possible outcome and made me feel that some justice was delivered at the end.
Because of this I feel that some of what I lost of my life has been returned to me by Bikelawyers and especially by Ian Dexter. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for more than just the run of the mill solicitor to represent your case. Bikelwayer makes it a quest to deliver justice.

Hanna Campbell at Bike Lawyer did an Amazing piece if work defending me against the third party body (real third party ran away after causing the accidents, to two cars and me in motorbike 20/12/2022) MIB.
Never had a solicitor represent me before!
But i definitely would recommend the services of BikeLawyer as they did excellent job and achieved a generous compensation package.
This was also achieved quite fast as MIB compensaton goes. I have heard that it sometimes takes welll over three years if one is lucky to win.

I had a serious collision with an out of control car, I chose to get rid of the lawyers chosen by the insurance company and went with Bikelawyer and it was easily the best choice, they are very professional and thorough and the end result was exceptional. I can 100% recommend that you use Bikelawyer for any claim as it is the best option. Following on from a very bitter experience with the previous solicitor firm for the same accident, I was very sceptical about approaching bike lawyer solicitors to discuss about switching to them. From our very first meeting, it was clear to me that Ian was very compassionate and he showed utmost transparency from the first day we spoke. Despite the complexities of my accident, which involved multiple trauma and a complex brachial plexus injury, you remained a steadfast source of support, always available to address my concerns and alleviate any anxieties I have had.Despite the defendants being very unorthodox, and not responding to our queries within a reasonable time frame which drove my anxiety even further (even though I remained calm externally, my head was in turmoil), your guidance and advice in

I contacted Bike Lawyer after I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in 2021 resulting in substantial injuries, I had the fortune of speaking with Ian Dexter, who after an Initial discussion and email took on my claim.
The claim was far from straight forward, Ian’s professional and diligent approach to technical and legal matters was incredible, the case was resolved and settled with 100% liability awarded against a third party.
