Advise for my will

I enquired about making a will and needed advice. The ladies in the office were very friendly and even welcomed my dog! I attended for advice, my will was prepared and happy to say a;; concluded.

Whether we communicated with Corrine, the solicitor or the legal secretary, we felt supported and we could clarify any issue.
We enjoyed Corrine's professionalism and use of clear language, simplified for us when we weren't familiar with it. And, it was dealt with quickly and thoroughly.

The services that we required to be carried out were carried out satisfactorily and efficiently. We had confidence in Alsters Kelley at all times. Alsters Kelley absorbed the extra cost of time delay and communication caused by the OPG.

We initially were going to use the Free Charity Wills option for our mirror walls, but decided after discussions to go with Discretionary Trust wills to achieve what we needed, along with expression of wish letters.
We were still supporting four charities in our wills & helped with the cost of the wills with a contribution from our chosen charity.

Alsters Kelley - and in particular Sandra Steele - did an exemplary job for me to handle the conveyancing for the sale of a house in Coventry for which I was the Executor. Everything was handled promptly and correctly. I was particularly impressed by Sandra's prompt response to every email I sent her. I would happily use Alsters Kelley again for any future legal work that may arise.
