No barrister came to crown court for sentencing for my brothers and the one who did turn up on a previous day actually lied when ment to help there clients and told the judge my brother as no mental health conditions when he actually does the way they treat the clients is absolutely wrong and then they say my brothers cant apeal till they so when infact they actually can and you know they can so wromg information yet again but yet want paying all that money from legal aid when you should NOT get a penny awful dont use this solicitors

My dealings with ESN Solicitors (Mr Nayar Hanif specifically) have always been professional and focussed on ensuring that all my legal requirements are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. This time it involved carrying out the conveyancing duties to enable the sale of my property. Any questions I had were dealt with quickly and effectively and they were very supportive during this stressful period. ESN was recommended to me by a family member for conveyancing, and I’m overall very satisfied with the service received. Awlad was clear, efficient, and kept me updated regularly with my purchase, as well as taking time to call and explain any questions I had regarding documents or processes as a FTB. Arjan was also great handling the matter when Awlad was away. Both were excellent when it came to managing vendor’s solicitors too, when I know they were sometimes difficult to communicate with.

The only thing that could be improved is communication around when solicitors are not available or are out of office. There was some confusion a couple of times over who was handling the matter that took a number of calls and emails to rectify, however, everything worked very smoothly in the end and when it mattered at exchange and completion. I would definitely use the firm again and I am extremely thankful for all the hard work the team put into making the process as a FTB as easy as possible!

Poor customer service!

I have now used ESN for 3 transactions and I must say the final experience was soo horrible! The level of customer service for what was supposed to be a professional service was appalling.

I had to chase for emails for simple emails to be read and acknowledged, I had to constantly chase and escalate for updates.

The transaction took way longer than needed, due to poor transaction management (solicitors didn't have access to files, no knowledge of case status), poor communication (with the handling solicitor being out of the office for weeks without me being informed or any internal back ups), just poor!

Excellent service all round

We had a very traumatic sale of a property to our own son caused by our son's solicitors. However throughout the entire process or own solicitor from ESN Solicitors,Vishal, was patient, understanding, supportive and professional. We never had to ask twice for anything to be done and all our instructions were carried out quickly and smoothly. I can not ask for a better service than I was provided with and I would not hesitate to use ESn and Vishal again.

Bad experience on the receiving end of their conveyancing service. Sat on documents returned to them from vendor and queries from our solicitor for weeks at a time at almos every milestone. Both our solicitor and the EA found it very hard to get updates. Poor communication including going on leave without telling anyone or passing on files as we were due to exchange. Luckily we were a small and simple chain!

These guys are quick and very responsive which is rare from solicitors. Always on hand. Was purchasing a new build house and they managed to get the mortgage completed in 10 days for me as i needed this done quick. Will definitely use again.
