I recently instructed Shams Williams for a property transaction that unfortunately did not go ahead. Despite this, the team—particularly Suleman and Zainab—handled everything professionally and with clear, consistent communication throughout. When I decided to withdraw, they were reasonable in settling the outstanding fees.
