I seldom write reviews for products or services, but on occasion where service goes beyond the call of duty, it is a wilful pleasure. Neelam was exceptional! Not only because her handling of the case with care and competency made it seamless, but nothing was to much trouble, pulling out all the stops to help me navigate a tight personal deadline that was not part of her remit. Its incredibly frustrating when the solicitors of the other side are unresponsive. Despite this, Soyod kept on top of my paperwork and is solely responsible for getting my property over the line. Soyod makes me feel as if I am his only client and I know that is just the level of service he chooses to operate at. I aim for around 10 properties a year and I can honestly say, Soyod is the only solicitor I have come across in 15 years of buying properties who provides excellent service and goes above and beyond every time.
