Awful Experience

I am leaving this review out of pure exasperation. We chose Ansons to deal with a probate case following the passing of both grand/parents. The case was straightforward, a list was provided of all accounts and balances. We were informed it was straightforward and should be a maximum of 6 months (We are now over 12 months). At every stage it has been a battle for communication, it appears that a crucial stage was 'forgotten' however there has been no acknowledgement, explanation or any form of comms around this, let alone an apology. No updates are provided and we are repeatedly promised contact which does not take place. We sent an email months ago outlining our concerns with no reply. I am angry with the lack of compassion, humanity and customer service provided. They did however, manage to get in touch to send us the invoice(!). I am leaving this review in the hope of some meaningful contact, progress and an apology. At such an awful time, your services were used to make life easier, the exact opposite has happened.
