From the first day we met Jemini and Moira we were impressed by their open and friendly approach. The process with regard to drawing up our Wills and LPAs was explained clearly and all relevant documentation promptly provided. Costs were less than expected and were detailed. Two nicer people would be hard to find and if necessary we would be happy to see their help again.

All was agreed subject to our providing certain additional details about legacies and charities which was delayed by us, however, during that time our solicitor was taken ill and absent from the office for some months but no-one informed us. Subsequently, information correctly supplied needed more than one review owing to typing and spelling errors by the preparer of the documents possibly in the absence of our solicitor although all was finally resolved.
