Been waiting for doc to sign form for year then his on holiday, then solicitor to busy. Noo call back , told everything done but doc. Dosent take two years to sign form. I know they mess with my clam and I'm not getting nothing, even if the 3 years not finished. Bad.

Not sure what to say. I was looked after and was paid out. Special thanks to Kevin for sorting this out for me. He took my case when no one else would. He made sure I knew what was going on. They could probably hire more people to answer the phones quicker but otherwise I have nothing bad to say. Thank you for not making this so stressful.

Absolutely fine and put me at ease until they got £600 + off me big mistake after that things went downhill fast , they were rude and did not listen to my requests as a result I asked for my money back I was told I was not entitled for a full refund and offered less than half as I had to pay for the work they had done I got in touch with ombudsman who said to contact them I did but they refused to help and now they are making things very difficult to get what they offered,trading standards is my next option. LPS solicitors is a firm I would definitely not recommend.
