I had the pleasure of working with Ben Colenutt, Legal Studio during a particularly challenging building dispute, and I cannot praise their services highly enough. Over the past 23 months, their relentless support, sound advice, and professionalism have been exceptional.
From the initial visit to my house in May 2023 to the successful conclusion of the matter, Ben Colenutt provided guidance that was not only insightful but also encouraging. Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in navigating the complexities of the dispute, ensuring that every step was taken with confidence and clarity.
I am extremely grateful for their assistance and the outcome achieved. Their approach to the case was always thorough, and they demonstrated a deep understanding of the legal intricacies involved. The professionalism they exhibited throughout the process was second to none.

Top class service - highly knowledgeable and empathetic

My experience with Nathan from Legal Studio was absolutely top class and I’d provide more than a 5 star rating if I could!

I had a complex employment matter and the situation was challenging in terms of UK law, and as somebody who is neurodivergent it was critical that I found the right representation and advice. I had a huge amount of data and details that I needed Nathan to go through for me to be able to tell my story and present the supporting facts. He sought to understand the full background as well as the situation I needed advice on, and provided his expert input whilst being both empathetic and pragmatic in his approach.

Nathan’s style of working with me was collaborative to ensure we were always aligned which is what I needed, as well as me being able to feel heard. Overall we achieved a successful outcome and I don’t know if I’d have reached that point with another solicitor who may have been less able to work with my quirks along with the less-than-ideal circumstances.

Highly recommend based on this experience.

This is the first time I have had to engage a solicitor so was completely unsure of what to expect. John had been personally recommended (which is always a good sign). From the initial contact with John he was very helpful and explained the process in detail. He kept me fully informed at each stage and was happy to answer any questions or queries I had in a manner that was easy for me to understand which as a novice to the process was much appreciated. The case has now been resolved, within the parameters given in meeting one and I am more than happy with the conclusion. I have kept his details just in case I require assistance again and even if it wasn't in his direct remit to assist, based on this experience, I would be more than happy to use another solicitor at this company. Ben massively helped me with extending the lease on my flat, so I could sell quickly and without fuss. He explained the process clearly and kept in touch at every stage.
