Been on going claim for nearly 3 years. Been dealing with many people within business. They denied me medical attention. As the 3 year deadline approaches they refuse to continue as I have lost my temper with them!
Whatever you do, just don’t deal with a complete imbecile called Tariq, anyone answers with that name, just hang up. Alternatively when a Victoria Thorne wants to reply, just ignore and go straight to Law Society as he explanation is beyond rubbish in the way she conducts herself.

Avoid this company at all costs. The only reason I used them was because my insurance company recommended them.
Poor communication from the start. False information given on numerous occasions.
I asked to change and they told me I couldn't.
My claim is a very simple one which Minster Law have turned into a very complicated lengthy one.

Absolutely shocking service and would advise anyone to stay clear of this firm, had no correspondence unless I chased them, lost signed documents and informing me that a loss of earnings would now not be taken into consideration after receiving all information regarding this nearly 3 years ago.

My car written off had Minster law put on the case to receive my excess back plus compensation for injuries this was in Sept 2024 seems Minster law are more interested in getting there full 35% and have declined 3 offers made by Marshmallow insurance was told they would contact me when offer was received they didn't had to call countless times to get any info and is still Goin on in February 2025 with no resolution in site people in call Centre are clueless and no interested in helping if I had a choice I wouldn't be choosing Minster law go elsewhere and get it sorted these solicitors are only after what they can get out of the claim rather than a resolution poor service is my opinion

I had a SEVERE motorbike accident when i was on my way to work, somebody was high on drugs went through a red light and wiped me out.
I was left with:
Severe Brain Haomorraghe
Cracked skull on both sides of my head
Broken Femur - Needed emergency surgery
Broken Shoulder/Humeral Head and Collarbone
Both feet broken in several places
Now, all throughout my case i was treated like this was not in any way serious, they tried ro play it down.
REBECCA WALLER, once told me that she "had to speak to the insurer for the other side anyway so would mention my case when she did".. How is that not a conflict of intrest?? Working with them on other cases and using mine to try and appease them..
My case was then juwt dumped ro somebody else who appointed the worst possible medical people who effevtively ruined my claim.
The whole.time i was treated like an unreasonable guy who was putting them out, when in actual fact i had suffered a severe brain injury and all these people tried to do was cover it up.
NEVER GO TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE OF THE EARTH.

I have never known anything like Minster Law in my life! you can't call them as their phone line is 'not in use' that is the number on the website and on my online portal. Absolutely in possible for them to get hold of them and when they do respond after several months they are so rude. Like trying to talk to a grumpy teenager. I have had to complain 3 times and just had to complain again. Was told i needed therapy for my accident and they told me i was didn't and i would be fine after 6 month's - yes after 6 months of therapy. Eventually they agreed that they miss read the medical report (both medical reports!) this is 2.5 years now and still can't get hold of them. Official Receiver has tried to contact them several times but no response. Honestly so stressful, i don't know how they haven't been closed down. I only went with them because Esure referred me to them... Please just go with another no win no fee and save yourself stress and frustration. Are they even still operational?
They even tried to push me to settle and missed half of the claim off the invoice - that was 10 month ago... still waiting for them now.
I have never known anything like them. It is almost laughable if it wasn't people suffering. Imagine if an elderly couple were having to deal with them. Just awful. They should be paying us to use them for experience let alone all that commission.
Only rated 1 star because i had to choose at least one!

Still waiting for my claim to progress! Accident took place in Aug '22 - so far 4 handlers and still nothing. I call them everyday and so far no one calls me back. I've actually started commenting on their LinkedIn posts with the laughing emoji because i can't quite believe some of the absolute b******t they write on there about their 'amazing customer service'. I'm at the point now where i just feel like withdrawing my claim as it's pointless.
