Farnfields Solicitors have acted for me on two separate occasions within the last two years for property purchases. During both transactions I was given clear information and advice promptly and with efficiency. The first ‘purchase’ was terminated at quite a late stage (my decision) and I was feeling highly stressed about that decision. Nonetheless, I was treated with great kindness, respect and understanding when concluding matters. Some time later I needed to appoint a solicitor for another purchase and Farnfields were more than happy to act again for me, without hesitation. I'm pleased to say that I'm currently sat between exchange of contracts and completion with my purchase. From my experiences, I have no hesitation in recommending Farnfields Solicitors to provide an excellent conveyancing service, and I would highly recommend the highly-efficient Emily Walker, who was ably assisted by Callum Clark but now by Felicity Taylor. We had been recommended Emily Walker from Farnfields solicitor, Warminster office, to handle our conveyancing and we were so pleased that we did. Emily has been exceptional throughout. We have bought and sold properties before with little fuss but this proved to be an extremely difficult sale and purchase due to complications on either side. Emily, Callum and the team were all professional, responsive and diligent. Emily held both our sale and purchase together in some very difficult circumstances. She always kept her cool despite being put under unrealistic time pressures but her attention to detail still never faltered. We quickly realised we could always trust her judgement, that she had our backs and always got issues resolved. She went above and beyond, especially for me personally due to health issues. She made time to make sure I fully understood what was going on and was a massive emotional support throughout. April & Paul

I was not a client of Farnfields LLP and yet I was able to get an appointment within a day or two of my initial phone enquiry. When I made that first call, the receptionist said that someone would call me back - and they did, within a few hours. A meeting was arranged with Meril George and she was excellent. She understood what I wanted and that there was some urgency to it. Meril was very thorough in her explanation of the process and I felt I was in good hands immediately. Remarkably, my matter was opened, dealt with, and closed within the day. Superb all round.

Having been involved with numerous house sales and purchases during my life, I just want to say what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with Farnfields in general, and Sarah Clarke and Emma Barlow in particular.
This was a complex sale process, involving my late mother's old, old listed cottage, with the problem of trying to rebuild a transaction history with which we were not familiar.
Sarah and Emma helped us navigate this painful process with skill and sensitivity. This was not an easy task. Furthermore, the final fee was very reasonable. A huge "thank you" to you both!

I contacted farnfield for change of name. As I didn't have a surname in my Indian passport but I have full name in my given name space and when I got my british passport I have surname but no first name. So I wanted to sort this out by seperating my first name and surname. When I explained everything Meril George helped me with my whole process. She explained everything very well. Now I got my new passport with first name and surname separately.I'm happy with the service they provided. Thanks Meril for your help.
