My husband & i received an excellent service from Terrie Ross she took the time to get to know us and to understand our requirements. she was very professional but has very permeable and friendly manner made us us feel at ease. she was always ready to deal with our queries to explain everything clearly. she ensured we understood all the options and their unplacated so that we could make the right decisions for us. we felt supported throughout the process which is vital when you are dealing things that will effect your family in the future. we would be more than happy to recommend Terrie to anyone looking to write their will.

Emma Cox and her colleagues were helpful and responsive. Not having moved for over 45 years, procedures were very different but anything we found difficult on line was provided in a format we could cope with which we found very useful. A local office was also helpful. Completion was in an anticipated timescale and there were no delays with transfer of funds on our moving date. We were happy with the service received from Barcan Kirby. Thank you.

I understand that the case was very long and unique, however - i cant help but feel like there was no personalization. i was told to be a yes - many told to wait for final statement to complain - and it only ended in a 3 year old getting hurt and no action taken. Solicitor was lovely though. just wish more could've been done.

The service we received from Terrie was excellent. she took time to explain everything to us clearly and thoroughly. we never felt rushed and had plenty of time to ask questions and discus things properly. we felt that Terrie built up a very good understanding of our requirements and created our Wills and LPA's, were drawn up accordantly. the service was always professional mormaer was approachable and friendly which is so important when you are dealing with important personal dealings which affect you and your family future.

Laura and robyn were my and my partners conveyancing solicitors for a house purchase.
We were due to complete 30/01/25 however due to barclays banking IT outage we got the dreaded news with the van packed and ready to go that we were unable to complete. This was no fault of barcan and kirby or robyns and laura. Naturally we were upset as we had to spend a few days in our old home with minimal clothing and supplies whilst our stuff was in a van. However they were both kind understanding and had a extremely responsive and professional attitude. Post move they built a case for us and we were refunded all the money we lost due to barclays banking failure the tenacity they showed to achieve this was outstanding and went the extra mile.
They are a credit to the firm and I hope they receive formal recognition from senior staff for their professionalism.
