Excellent Conveyancing Service

We can’t thank Caitlin Treacy enough for all her hard work and support throughout the sale and purchase of our home. We’re absolutely delighted to have completed, and it’s all thanks to Caitlin’s fantastic work from start to finish.

She was consistently calm, approachable, and incredibly helpful, which made such a difference during what can be a very stressful time. Her clear communication and smooth handling of every stage of the process really stood out — nothing was ever too much trouble, and she kept everything moving with confidence and care.

We’re so grateful to have had Caitlin on our side and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you again!

My experience with Boyes Turner and Claire Roantree as my Solicitor

Dear Claire,

I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for everything you have done for me over the past three years.

When I first came to you for help with my injury claim, I could never have imagined the level of dedication, professionalism, and care you would bring to my case. From day one, you fought for me with tireless energy and an unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.

Thanks to your hard work and expertise, you were able to secure a settlement of just over £280,000 — a result that truly exceeded my expectations. More than just the financial compensation, it brought me a great sense of justice and relief after what was a very challenging time in my life.

You always made me feel heard, supported, and informed every step of the way. It was clear that you genuinely cared about my wellbeing as well as the success of my claim, and for that I am incredibly thankful.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you, and I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone in need of a top-tier solicitor. Your work has made a real difference in my life, and I will always be grateful.

With sincere thanks

Rachael Allison and her team Special Needs Education

I had been going around in circles with the local authority and school SENDCO trying to get the best educational placement for my autistic son. He was being isolated within his mainstream school, unable to see any other children and was on a reduced timetable having frequent suspensions. He was in a trauma response every day at school. I moved to a different mainstream who were much more supportive but still could not offer the support he required. The local authority were unhelpful, combative and resistant to any dialogue to find a special school placement. From the moment I decided to send an email enquiry to Boyes, I had a call back from Rachael and I immediately felt like my son and I had someone in our corner, with his needs and welfare at the centre. Jack will start his specialist school placement in September 2025 and I really don't think we would be in this position without the work from Rachael and her team. I was kept updated with all stages of work and the process. All the fees were set out and initially when quoted I didn't think I could afford to instruct, however as fees are spread out monthly it is much easier to manage and doesnt require massive upfront funds. I would recommend Rachael and her team to anyone who needs support for special needs education, until the statutory education system has been reformed to provide our special children the education they deserve.

Medical Negligence claim

We approached Boyes Turner to support our daughter’s medical negligence claim and they have far exceed our expectations with the service we have received. The partner and her team have been approachable, generous with their time and dealt with a difficult and emotional subject with great sensitivity. They were proactive throughout, clearly explained the legal process, and kept us fully informed and involved at every stage. Over the course of the engagement, we built a strong and trusting relationship with the team, and we are very grateful for their support and professionalism.

EHCP awarded

After being in the Tribunal queue and trying on own for 2 years to get a proper EHCP in place across 2 counties, my daughter did receive an appropriate EHCP, but only after engaging Boyes Turner. Direct negotiation with the Local Authority was effective.

I felt informed all the way through the process. A good experience overall. Would use again.
