I found AFG Law to be honest and always available when I needed to talk with them they provided me with a very good service with quite a complex case and the final cost to me seemed very reasonable indeed and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

AFG acted on our behalf during the recent sale of our old property and purchase of our new home. Whilst the sale was relatively straight forward, the purchase was more complex. Throughout the entire process communication was always clear and transparent. Importantly, I also felt in safe hands given the complicated nature of the purchase. Melissa has recently dealt with conveyancing on my recent purchase. It wasn’t straight forward but Melissa explained everything to me and worked really hard in order to complete before April 1st.
Really professional but personable too which put my mind at ease.
Melissa answered my emails almost immediately and kept me updated will all aspects of my purchase.

I had both my sale and purchase with AFG with Rebecca mannion and Rebecca Coles.
I couldn't rate these ladies highly enough both have worked tirelessly to support me with some quite difficult and interesting issues along the way on quite a tight time scale, both ladies were honest and transparent from the start and extremely meticulous on both transactions and paperwork.
I would a million percent come to AFG again if I was to ever move house again....it's definately not on the cards after a reficulous set of buyers and sellers!!

Recently used AFG Law while selling our house and for the purchase of a new one. Lily and Dominique were excellent throughout the whole process, always kept us in touch and made things as stress free as possible. Had also used them during the very weird time that was COVID and they were equally as professional despite the additional constraints placed upon everyone. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
