Dan Knox was incredibly professional but also showed a genuine and sincere compassion given the nature of my case. He gave very good, clear , precise advice but remained to show care and consideration given my circumstances. He gave me the courage to take steps that i should have done a long time ago but executed it in a very professional manner as to what my rights were. He gave a first class service. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who needs clear constructive legal advice that is realistic but allows for an element of consideration of my circumstances. Having someone realistic but show an element of compassion is rare in these proceedings.
Would highly recommend if you need adequate and succinct legal advice but delivered in a humane manner.

I cannot recommend Dan Know highly enough for their support and expertise during my separation process in what was a very complex and demanding case with a lot of curveballs threw in during the process. Dan is very professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable in this are of expertise and takes a calm approach to his work which made me feel at ease during this stressful period. He took the time to understand my situation, explained everything clearly, and always made sure I felt informed and supported throughout. Their guidance helped ease a very stressful time in my life, and I truly felt they had my best interests at heart. I'm grateful for their dedication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal advice on family or separation matters.

Got the job done, but poor communication

This review is for a different branch.

They are a reasonably priced solicitor for moving house. As a paying client though, you would expect better service. We had to continually chase for an update and spoke to the solicitor once in a 3 month process. Impossible to get hold of by phone as well. A lady named Lily started helping with our case late on in the process from the Bury office and things dramatically improved. We could get hold of her, and she sent emails informing us of progress. I wouldn’t use them again if I purchased another property.
