Property purchase

We recently appointed the solicitors to purchase our new property and have been very pleased with service. First class service from quotation with Rebecca to purchase/completion with Katie. We appreciated the quick responses to our emails and phone calls. Even when our appointed solicitor was on leave our questions were answered promptly by another member of the team. Katie has been amazing and we would highly recommend ⭐️

Stress free

I haven’t sold a property in over 25 years and was worried about how stressful the process would be. I needn’t have worried as Diane was efficient and professional. She updated me at least weekly so I always knew exactly what was happening and if I needed to contact her she responded straightaway. She was very pro active and approachable. I would recommend Freers Askew Bunting to anyone.

Thanks to Aimee for dealing with the sale of my house last year and purchase of a bungalow this year.
Nothing was too much bother for her and she was always available to answer queries and explain any legal terms.

Excellent Service

I have just completed on my house sale with the help of Freers Askew Buntings Hartlepool office. They have been great, Thank you to June Shires for getting me through to the finish line, after 2 sales fell through I was more than a little nervous and in the last few days emailed June constantly. She replied every tune with reassurance and updates which put my mind at ease. All staff have been polite, friendly, responded really quickly and acted professionally throughout, thanks to Aimee Mcallister too for the early stages.

Commercial Lease Transfers

From the outset, Freers Askew Bunting were very professional and helpful and certainly one of the most communicative law firms I've worked with. They're very efficient and kept me informed throughout the whole process. The job they took on for me involved coordinating and working with 4 others law firms/lawyers to get the deal done, and they took the lead in ensuring everyone did what they needed to do as quickly as possible. I will look no further in future, thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant!

Lynne, Isobel and the team were absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process of our sale and purchase!

They handled all our correspondence and enquires in a professional and friendly manner, and we felt very at ease contacting them for updates and questions.

Everything was done in a way so that they were prepared and ready for the next steps of the process, which really helped everything move quickly.

We couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

Thank you to everyone at FAB for helping us move into our new family home!

As solicitors acting on our behalf they were patient and fully understood how bamboozled and confusing it was to not only sell a house but having to deal with the death of my mother as well. Katie did a marvelous job and my thanks go to her.

Diane Spurs of Freers Askew and Bunting Solicitors in Hartlepool made my first time house purchase so much easier than first anticipated. Diane communicated excellently with me throughout the process, and made me feel at ease, explaining things and being thorough within the process. Thanks again Diane, and I'd highly recommend Freers Askew and Bunting Solicitors.

Couldn’t recommend June Shires & Aimee Mcallister at Freers Askew Bunting more. They have been nothing short of Amazing from start to finish dealing with a particularly difficult solicitor / firm in what should have been a relatively simple chain. But we got there in the end, all thanks to the work of June & Aimee. Great communication all the way. This is the second time I’ve used FAB for a sale & purchase and I’d have no hesitation using them again. Thank you!
