From start to finish their service was exceptional, very professional, efficient, informative but with a lovely friendly manner. On entering the office I was met by a friendly and courteous receptionist. My will and LPAs were handled by Carys Marie Lawrence. Everything was explained very clearly to me and I found Carys herself to be a very pleasant, courteous and professional lady. I was impressed the way my requests were dea;t and have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I have just completed the sale of my Father in Law's property as Executor on his estate. It was a straightforward sale but we were surprised how fast it was processed. The sellers used another branch of GSL so I don't know if this helped. Dawn Holliday was very quick to reply to my queries and Elena Homer finalised the sale efficiently. We would definitely recommend and use again.

We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market.
