Very pleased with service provided
I have just completed the sale of my Father in Law's property as Executor on his estate. It was a straightforward sale but we were surprised how fast it was processed. The sellers used another branch of GSL so I don't know if this helped. Dawn Holliday was very quick to reply to my queries and Elena Homer finalised the sale efficiently. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Livvy Brass did an excellent job as conveyancer, especially as our first 2 buyers dropped out and therefore we had to step back from our first purchase.

We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market.
