Jill has been absolutely fantastic throughout our home buying journey.
Being a first time buyer I went into this blind and influenced by other peoples experiences. Looking back I had nothing to worry about. Grey-Smith legal took care of absolutely everything. Communication was perfect and we seen a very fast turn around.

I used Jill at Grey Smith Legal for a sale and purchase and was really impressed by the speed of the process.
Having heard horror stories about lack of communication and the whole sales process taking months I was amazed at the efficiency of Grey Smith. Jill kept all parties up to date and ensured a smooth process from start to finish.
Even the Estate Agents commented on how efficient the whole process was and said they wished everyone was as organised as Grey Smith and Jill!

We've instructed Grey Smith Legal before for a rental property purchase & wills. This time it was for a sale & purchase through Sammylea Wood at one of the busiest times in the housing market.
From start to finish was 10 weeks & throughout we were able to contact, discuss & get professional feedback whether by phone or email. We also exchanged & completed on the same day which is testament to the excellent processes in place & hard work of Sammylea & Amy at the Skelton office.
