Louise Burn and Valerie Buckley have been very efficient and proficient in handling the sale of a flat for which I was acting as attorney from some distance. Louise and Valerie promptly dealt with potential problem issues, both being readily approachable, listening carefully and responding with considered and helpful explanations and action which has resulted in a most timely completion of the whole sale process. We are delighted that they have been able to bring it all to completion at a time of exceptionally increased workload due to many demands related to the approaching stamp duty changes, even though we were not affected by those changes.

I cannot recommend high enough

I have recently sold and bought a house using AB Solicitors, it took nearly a year from start to finish as one sale fell through at the last minute and the same with a purchase. This could have been a very stressful time for me but I was in safe hands with the expertise and experience of these solicitors who were always prompt and efficient in dealing with everything.
I would certainly recommend this Company.

We have used Aldridge Brownlee (Winton) a couple of times for support with amending deeds and also the purchase of a property and they have always been outstanding in their work! Lee Hooper has been our solicitor both times and he has been fantastic to work with, very down to earth and reliable. But all staff here are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this service and will definitely be using them again.

My experience with Aldridge Brownlee Solicitors was outstanding. I live in California and Aldridge Brownlee did an amazing job of handling the conveyance of my sisters property. Even when we hit a couple of
