The Chartered Legal Executive who dealt with this Lasting Power of Attorney, was extremely understanding and helpful, including a home visit, as the gentleman that requested this needed help with completing the necessary forms, as well as a detailed explanation of what the process involved.
This was all dealt with in a patient and understanding manner, with everything being explained to him in detail. We were kept informed of the progress throughout. Many thanks.
