My late review ( nearly 2 months)

I contacted Ives & Co Rainham when they were recommended re dealing with unusual estates / property sales. I contacted them & explained the situation the staff were sensitive & empathetic - also tolerant of my lack of understanding of procedures. The matter was under a court order time constraint which encompassed the Christmas break. However the team pulled out ALL the stops enabling everything to be completed - 2 days ahead of the deadline. I am immensely grateful to them and can only sing 100% praise. Thank you so very very much to Laura, Amanda & especially Jessica. You brought my 7 years of angst / stress / uncertainty to an end. I am so very grateful. đŸ„°

Excellent Service from Sarah at Ives and Co. Ruddington

This review is for a different branch.

Sarah from Ives and Co. Ruddington office made purchasing my first home possible. Any query/issues I had were dealt with in an efficient and professional manner from Sarah.

I had many issues including EWS1 forms, queries about my homebuyers survey which lead to price negotiations and a switch of mortgage companies in order to complete the process. Hence, I can imagine I wasn't the easiest client. However, Sarah guided me through this process and I can only imagine it would have been much more difficult without her and the team at Ives and Co.

Many thanks and my full recommendation to anyone looking to for an excellent solicitor.
