Letchers Solicitors have been outstanding throughout the sale/purchase process for my elderly mother. There was an issue (not to do with Letchers) that delayed my mother moving into her retirement leasehold property, Sean kindly arranged for her to gain early residency so she wasn't between houses. This was very helpful as it wasn't asked by us, but arranged by Sean all the same. I can highly recommend Letchers, the service provided has been exemplary throughout.
