Fantastic solicitors in Wareham

Sarah Ford and Daniel Brown have dealt with the sale of a house for me and subsequently a purchase. They are a formidable team and super efficient. I could not recommend them highly enough. They are always available to speak with, reliable and friendly. I have used several different firms of solicitors over the years for buying and selling houses. Battens in Wareham are by far the best.

Sale of my mother's static mobile home

We have used Battens solicitors to sell and buy our property, to sell my late fathers property and deal with his will and also to deal with my late father in law's will so when my mother needed to sell her property to fund care home fees we had no hesitation. Michelle was brilliant, she was professional and so helpful even when on the receiving end of a very unprofessional phone call from our complete shower of an estate agent. When my mother (who is bed bound) couldn't easily provide the standard ID, Michelle went the extra mile and made sure everything could still go ahead and in fact the whole business was completed in very good time. I will always be grateful to Michelle and also would like to mention Tasha who was also very helpful during the whole.proceas.
I've been very happy with Battens since we first used them ten years ago and they will always be my go to for all legal matters

Worth every penny!

From the moment Michelle received my case, she was determined, professional and had fantastic attention to detail. I had issues with both my sale and purchase, and Michelle’s empathy and reassurance helped me get through the delays. She went above and beyond to ensure I knew what was going on every step of the way, carefully pressing the other solicitors to get the process finalised.

I mean it when I say she is worth every penny, there is no one else I’d go to now for any future purchases. Thank you again!

I used Battens Solicitors in Wareham. Michelle Roberts was my solicitor and kept me informed every step of the way on the purchase of my flat. There were times that I didn�t understand certain information, and Michelle took time to go through paperwork with me and put it in layman's terms. I would thoroughly recommend Michelle Roberts. You will not find a better conveyancing team anywhere. Sarah, Hannah and Daniel were absolutely incredible and we never would have been able to buy/sell our property without their expert support.
