Had an interview here. Asked them for feedback which they provided, and said vacancy was filled by someone with experience, I asked what experience? I was polite in my query and received no reply, their HR just blanked me. I didn't ask them again as I heard they seem to be only 'money driven'. I thought this rude of JCP, especially when I had made the effort attend their office in person. Now, seeing the job advertised again on Indeed. Quite the employee turnover I suspect.

JCP and Heather in particular were absolutely fantastic during our house move in July 2020. We were having a disaster with a previous firm, which was causing months of delays. We instructed JCP and Heather came in late in the day to save us. Heather was amazing in getting everything sorted and most crucially, kept us in the loop throughout which was so reassuring.
