We had the absolute pleasure of working with Angharad and Edwina at JCP Solicitors for our conveyancing, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for better support throughout the process. From start to finish, they were consistently friendly, approachable, and incredibly professional.
Buying or selling a home is known to be stressful, but Angharad and Edwina made it as smooth and straightforward as it could possibly be. They communicated with us regularly, were always quick to respond, and took the time to explain everything clearly and simply — no jargon, just genuine care and clarity.
What really stood out was how well they understood our particular concerns. We always felt that they had our best interests at heart and were representing us with great care and diligence. I had a very positive experience working with JCP Solicitors and in particular William Vaughan on my personal injury claim. From the beginning, he was professional, approachable, and showed a genuine interest in looking after my best interests.
William provided clear and sensible advice throughout the process, helping me understand each step without overwhelming me with legal jargon. His communication was excellent — I was always kept updated and fully aware of any developments in my case. I never felt out of the loop.

Would not recommend . Slow! No communication . Several people dealt with the case and I was not told once about any changes. I had to chase things myself in order to move things on but they still proceeded to charge until we complained. Disappointed beyond belief 😮

I recently used JCP Solicitors for a residential purchase that wasn't what you would call standard or straightforward. The service that was provided was superb and it was professionally delivered by both Helen and Mari.
I was kept well informed throughout the process and when I had queries they were responded to swiftly. Being able to visit the Caerphilly office and have Helen walk me through the vast amount of documentation left me feeling assured and confident that I was in good hands and that nothing had been overlooked.
I was additionally impressed with the level of due dilligence that was undertaken during the purchase too. I look forward to working with Helen and Mari in the future and would highly recommend them.

JCP and Heather in particular were absolutely fantastic during our house move in July 2020. We were having a disaster with a previous firm, which was causing months of delays. We instructed JCP and Heather came in late in the day to save us. Heather was amazing in getting everything sorted and most crucially, kept us in the loop throughout which was so reassuring.
