We recently used JCP solicitors for both selling our house and purchasing a new property. The service that we received was first class and we cannot fault it in any way.

Our contacts were Laura Winter and Victoria Holmes and between them they made the whole process stress free. Both were professional but approachable and always available to speak with on the phone. Also, all emails were promptly answered and we were kept up to date at all times.
We would definitely recommend using JCP solicitors and we won't hesitate to use them again.

Zoe Fletcher at JCP Solicitors represented us in the sale of a family business recently. We had a very tight deadline to complete the transaction within the tax year, and the whole process turned out to be far more complex than we had anticipated, however Zoe’s diligence and attention to detail were apparent throughout. JCP reacted swiftly at all times enabling us to complete on time. We felt reassured that JCP had our best interests at heart at all stages.

Helen Rule and Mari Gordon have been easy to contact, always double check information with me and update me when processes have been completed, always following up with an email. Slow, slow, slow

Grossly inefficient. My only request was to pick-up a Will, yet this was such an extended, drawn-out process.
It’s remarkable at how slow, inefficient and glacial solicitors move.
I would say, that they were exceptionally friendly, however I would forgo friendliness for expedience.
I’d go with an online provider for anything you need.

Would not recommend . Slow! No communication . Several people dealt with the case and I was not told once about any changes. I had to chase things myself in order to move things on but they still proceeded to charge until we complained. Disappointed beyond belief 😮
