My situation was particular as I had to sell my late mother's house in England but I was resident in Italy so could not be present to oversee everything. Sophie Cannon was a sea of calm expertise and immediately put me at ease. She guided me through all of the necessary paper work by email or over the phone when I was confused or did not understand something. Everything went smoothly under her hand, with her Team also providing their expertise where and when needed. The sale was completed successfully and with no stress. I can fully recommend both Sophie Cannon and the Firm for their excellent work and client care.

Thank you to Natalie and Samantha for guiding me through my first house purchase which was all new to me, with patience and clear communication, ensuring everything went smoothly. Natalie picked up the phone no problem when I wanted to discuss something, and emails were promptly replied to. Her team (Samantha) kept me posted during the wait for the land registry to complete in the months after the purchase completion too. Would recommend this solicitors practice for conveyancing.

We have used paul Robinson solicitors Twice now. And I must say 1st class service on both occasions. Carley was the lady who drafted up our wills. When it came to making a new will, Lee and his assistant were very friendly and helpful and made the process relaxed and easygoing. They didn't bat an eyelid at my long list of gifts! The fee they charged was much the same as going to a non-solicitor will-writer, which was a nice surprise.

Not happy with their service at all took on as Probate for a relatives estate . It's been nearly a year of " we have sent emails and awaiting response" and now been told they have sorted it and will transfer funds but still waiting
