Chloe was highly recommended to us by a neighbour who worked with her last year, and she has been fantastic from the very beginning. Having gone through the process of moving twice before, we can confidently say that the service Chloe provided was by far the best we have experienced. In an industry where feedback can often be negative, Chloe is a true credit to your firm.

Her service was faultless, and she was a genuine pleasure to work with. We are incredibly grateful to her for making what was a quick (10 weeks) and complex process (multiple title deeds for our new property) run so smoothly. Absolutely Outstanding

Where do I start? From beginning to end, Chloe was amazing. I had negative experiences with solicitors in the past, so when it came to purchasing my first property I was nervous. But Chloe was incredible, and very understanding of my circumstances. She supported in any way she could, and her communication with us was spot on. Her level of diligence was outstanding, and she reassured us through every step of the process. We couldn't have asked for anyone more compassionate and hard-working as our solicitor!

Chloe you are incredible!

I must start by saying, I got so lucky with having Chloe as my solicitor. As a first time buyer I was absolutely clueless with this whole process but Chloe made everything so smooth sailing for me and for that, I will always be grateful for her. The communication has just been outstanding and nothing was too much for her. Every time I would email she would respond the same day, there were so many things I didn’t understand and Chloe was more than happy to go over these things many times until it made sense. She is so thorough with her work and never made me feel like a nuisance. I would also like to thank Faye, as she worked on my case too and was very responsive on the phone and helped with any questions I had. Overall I would highly recommend Paul Robinsons, I will be using them for my next sale for sure and if you are lucky enough to get Chloe.. well I can assure you that you will be in very safe hands! Paul Robinson Solicitors has been incredible over the years to my family, but when my husband passed away they really did step up. Caroline especially, with her expert knowledge and guidance through probate as well as queries and questions. As someone who previously had a varying and not always a satisfactory experience with solicitors, being it a home purchase, divorce or miscellaneous personal matters, I am delighted to say that Paul Robinson made me strongly to reconsider my previously accumulated negative occurrences which by now were just about to start to crystallise into a stereotypical picture full of limitations, frustrations, unpredictabilities and overall disappointments whilst dealing with UK legal advisers. I was seeking an Independent Legal Advice (ILA) for a new joint mortgage, and once Cosima Berger took the case, the matter in question proceeded smoothly and quickly and was completed ahead of expected deadline. It was a truly pleasant and completely stress-free experience, as I constantly felt that the case was carefully handled by a serious and responsible professional, providing a comprehensive legal advice while also being unusually prompt in communication which from my previous experience with other solicitors was always an item of a big deficit. I thank both Cosima Berger and her assistant Charlie Hibbert for taking my case, guiding me through and providing a truly remarkable service. I would highly recomend to consider their services to friends and family and all other people.
