all good dealt mainly with Olivia Yong a very charming and helpful person and explained any question asked by us,, a fairly quick turaround on exchange got a bit tense near the end but that was not our sides fault would recommend sternbergs ,, only frustrating part was no being able to call direct on phone it always went to barking office who had to convey your quirey and ask for a return phonr call or an email but overall very pleased....

Absolutely tremendous
Whenever you tell someone you’re buying/selling a house, you immediately get a long list of solicitor based horror stories, so was dreading this process.
I was only selling my share of my property to my ex husband, so was a cheap fix fee job. Joanne was wonderful from start to finish, on top of everything, never had to nag her. Sadly my exes solicitor wasn’t as good, but Joanne kept on at them to make sure things were done on time. I’m more than sure this wasn’t her most important case at the time or most profitable, but she treated me like it was.
I’m now in the position where I’m buying a new home and had zero hesitation with using Joanne again. Will recommend her to everyone.
