I have used at least 6 different conveyancers over the past 5 years and have to say these were the best by a long shot.
They were recommended from the estate agent who I was buying from and to be honest, I wasnt expecting too much. However, they excelled in every aspect of my purchase and did everything possible to get the completion done on the date requested.
They were always on the front foot and chasing the sellers soicitors on a daily basis to provide the necessary information. They always kept me abreast of progress. I was contacted almost on a daily basis. Everything was explained to me as if I was a layman and they even took the time to answer the most basic of questions I had. The completion date although very tight was met easily and with little drama or effort which i was extremely impressed with. If you need a reliable, honest, hard working and value for money conveyancers, then I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend F Barnes all communication was easy with straight forward advice regarding fees and processes. Direct contact with my solicitor was very reassuring as Priti was always proactive, honest, friendly and extremely efficient.

The practice was recommended by my Estate Agent and from the start of the process I always had confidence in advice given. The level of communication was great with emails answered by return. Wouldn't recommend using F Barnes for selling a house. My solicitor Aman was always on holiday with no communication unless I chased which was dealt with his the very helpful assistant Shan (The only reason I have given a 2 Star Rating).

I highly recommend Andrew Liddell. I own a large portfolio of commercial property and he acted for me when I granted a lease to a new tenant. He was very professional, efficient and made the whole process easy for me. He was not the cheapest solicitor but his fees were reasonable and I believe that you get what you pay for.
