I used Shaun S and his team for both my sale and purchase and they were fantastic from start to finish. Selling my apartment involved some tricky points around the Building Safety Act but they were clearly very experienced with it. They knew exactly how to handle everything, what to say and kept things moving when it could’ve easily stalled.
They stayed on top of everything and kept me updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole process far less stressful than it could’ve been. I probably drove Shaun mad with the number of emails I sent but he was always calm and helpful!
I highly recommend using PLS.

PLS were great. Sam Burton and Chloe were super helpful - always reachable and guided us well throughout the process. As a first time buyer, you hear horror stories of unreachable solicitors and unnecessary delays, but this was the exact opposite of our experience with PLS. Quick, clear, and reliable!

I had an excellent service from PLS solicitors. I got recommended PLS by my mortgage advisor as I was a first time buyer. Sehrish was in charge of my case and she was very helpful. As a first time buyer I didn’t really have a good understanding of the process of buying a house but it was made easy by the east instructions given and the PLS app that you can upload your documents too. A few times where I did get a bit stuck on what to do next I just either emailed Sehrish or rang up and whatever I was asking about always got explained very easily. I got accepted for the property at the start of the year and I’m due to complete this week coming. This was because the sellers I was buying from held up the process as they didn’t find a place they wanted to buy until after a few months having they accepted my offer. However every time we could get the ball rolling Sehrish was very sharp in getting things done. I could easily contact her and it’s been a very easy process. This week is my completion so I’m very excited for that day and I would like to thank Sehrish and her colleagues for there help.
