A special thanks to Naeem Rao, who played a key role in ensuring the completion went through smoothly and within a tight 7-day window. It truly felt like it all came together by 's grace.
Since then, I've entrusted them with several other legal matters. I've simply handed them over and let them get on with it, and they've handled everything professionally without the need for me to chase them up.

Terrible conveyancing experience — avoid Morgan Hill Solicitors, espec

I had a very bad experience with Morgan Hill Solicitors and would never recommend them to anyone. Rashid Khan and Naeem handled my conveyancing with poor communication, rude and condescending attitudes, and a complete lack of care for me as a client.
I constantly had to chase for updates, and when I did get a response, it was often dismissive or unhelpful. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism throughout the process. Instead of supporting me, they made the whole experience far more stressful than it needed to be.
If you want a solicitor who will respect you, keep you informed, and handle your case properly, do yourself a favour and stay well away from Morgan Hill Solicitors.
