Best Supportive Lawyer

I was recommended to contact Clare Milne by a friend who knew someone who had used the firm for her NHS negligence and I am very glad that I did so. I was kept informed every step of the way on the progress of my claim, supported by Clare and her team.
I was sent to see top consultants and clinicians to assess all aspects of my injury and negligence by the NHS doctor who severely damaged me during a basic medical procedure.
Clare told me that the case would probably take at least 2 years and it was finally resolved and appropriate compensation offered just under that time frame.

Fantastic Service

Having found myself in a position to require legal advice after contracting Legionella I chose Girlings based on clients reviews. I certainly did not regret my decision!

I found all members of staff extremely helpful, and my solicitor Jonathan was a credit to the company. He strived hard to get myself as much compensation as possible and kept me informed constantly of the progress. Girlings took on my case (after another firm messed up). The time, patience, professionalism and out right hard work Kate Kennell and her team put into my case was truly outstanding. A true testament to their work ethics and passion for what they do.

From the start, Girlings made haste on all the wrong doings from a previous firm, quickly acting in the sole interest of helping me get my case to the necessary stages that it should have been at the time my case was taken over. With perseverance, endless amounts of persistence and a great amount of diligence they maintained contact with me, ensuring I was always in the know of what was happening at any one moment. Despite the myriad of emotions I experienced through the case, they always remained calm, calculated and caring.

The result of all the hard work by Kate Kennell and her team resulted in a settlement for an accident that was truly life changing.
