Chireen and Heidi have both been absolutely fantastic in dealing with a conveyancing matter for my elderly father. Their support has been invaluable and they have both done a brilliant job, I couldn't have asked for more.
Chireen and Heidi were both professional and friendly at all times and made a difficult and stressful process very easy and I am very grateful to them both.

I had the pleasure of working with Alis Ahmedova for the certification of a legal document on behalf of my client, and her service was truly exceptional. She ensured everything was handled promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend both Alis and Clarkson Wright & Jakes Notaries LLP for their professionalism and excellent service.

Omari Saeed Elcock review

I am the sole owner of Ryder Commercial Limited and have worked with Omari several times especially from March 2022. Omari represented Ryder Commercial Limited dealing with setting up a new partnership between Ryder Commercial Limited & Colston trustees limited ( part of Curtis Banks Ltd / Pensions). This included the 50% sale of a Commercial office / industrial unit property owned by Ryder commercial Ltd Plus the Purchase of the 50% share of the property by the owner of the property via a personal Curtis Banks SIPP.

The above process included registering the new partnership for VAT etc and meeting all the legal implications required by all local authorities / Curtis Banks Ltd and the settlement of a long term large Commercial loan owed by Ryder Commercial Ltd. It was a very complicated / long term process had to be completed at the same time between March 2022 and final completion commencement of trading at the end of June 2023.

In addition to the above Omari also dealt with the complete legal requirements of drafting a new Commercial Lease for the First Floor offices of the property to a new Tenant.
This was also completed between October 2022 to February 2023.

We have also just completed a second commercial lease between October 2024 to March 2025 with the same Tenant on the first floor who have just occupied the ground floor.

Following my recent conversation with Christa on May 29th at 9:54 AM regarding the price for a deed of variation, I cannot accept your offer of an initial consultation with a partner at £400 per hour or the quote of £500 to £1,000 for the variation.
I consider it opportunistic exploitation and excessive for a relatively simple task.
Lawhive provided a free telephone consultation and a fixed price of £479.

Clarkson Wright and Jakes represented me last year for the sale of my property in Kent and I was so impressed with them that I requested their services again when I was ready to purchase my new home in Shropshire more recently.

Leah Noyes and her support team were professional and thorough throughout the whole conveyancing process.  They were quick to respond to my queries and they made sure that every detail was covered before advising exchange and completion on my purchase. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. They were five star in their service.

CWJ dealt with the sale of my late mother’s house. Cost was accurate and I was kept informed every step of the way as to what stage we were at.
Chireen Miller did the conveyancing and I would definitely use her again if I needed to.
Sarah Cheeseman from the legal team was also very helpful.

After not getting much help elsewhere for an ID1 Form, I reached out to Clarkson Wright & Jakes Notaries who were really helpful despite it being a quick, off service and were able to help me complete the form with a friendly and approachable manner. Thank you Alis and Andrew.
