Dishonest and misled me for over 3 years leaving me in a limbo

I engaged HJA in Oct 2017 for a Personal Injury No Win No fee claim and this was to be taken to the court however I learnt in March 2023 recently that my case handler was not being honest with me for over 3 years and she neither informed the insurance company nor did she file my case in the court. She left the firm and the partner wrote me a curt mail just telling me that nothing can be done to my case and that I should seek further legal advice, without offering any apology or intention to make up for their fault.
Rather than putting things right by paying my complete claim value and compensation, they are devaluing my claim amount and trying to get away with a smaller amount.
Very unprofessional and bad service. Firm had a responsibility to ensure that they act in the best interest of their clients but they have clearly failed and are not even apologetic about it.
