After using this company for a 2nd time I was so disappointed, the first time I had no problem but 2 years later what a difference, absolutely no correspondence I was constantly having to call them looking for updates, they had plenty of time to read the contracts but the day before we were due to move we were informed this was not possible, they had simply not prepared, I seldom managed to speak to Geraldine Darroch who was always in meetings instead speaking to her legal secretary who did not have enough knowledge in my opinion
This resulted in me having to change my move in day the day before we were due to move in and of course the buyer for our property could not move and who knows how many more had to cancel, it personally cost us £400.00 to rearrange the movers and since we had packed we then had to unpack to live for the next week or two to live in our house, we had no internet having already arranged this to be transferred to our new home and many more small incidentals that we had to endure.
I would not recommend.

I had used Strefford Tulip Limited recently to buy a house in Glasgow. They have been excellent though out the purchasing process and especially Nicole dealt with everything very professionally and efficiently. I will not hesitate to recommend Strefford Tulip Limited.
