First rate service

I cannot recommend Judith Higson highly enough. Judith took on my divorce case during a very difficult and complicated time, and from the very beginning, she has impressed me with her professionalism, thoroughness, and clear understanding of the issues at hand.
Despite the complexities involved, Judith has very quickly got to grips with all the details and given me clear, professional advice that makes me feel supported and informed throughout this process. It is clear that Judith genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for me, and her calm, measured approach makes a huge difference during what could have been a much more stressful experience.
Thanks to Judith’s expertise and efficiency, my divorce case is being handled with far more ease than I’d expected. I'm incredibly grateful for the support and service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Judith to anyone going through a similarly challenging legal situation.

Highly recommend Michael Stewart

Highly recommend Michael Stewart. I was charged with careless driving (running a red light) and nearly 1 year later was citated to court. Michael reviewed all evidence and after hearing witness statements persuaded the Fiscal to no longer seek conviction. A great outcome, my clean licence remains, no convictions and no fixed penalty to pay.

General advice on “safety cameras” and traffic laws.

Needed some clarification on receiving what I felt to a rather contentious communication on a traffic issue.. Scullion (Shaun Wilson) were able to put things in perspective for me very calmly, allaying my concerns

Home Sale

We worked alongside Conor who facilitated the purchase of our home, Our experience with Conor was second to none. He was always quick to respond and guided us through the dubious process given this was our first home purchase. Conor was always professional, courteous and managed difficulties with the sellers solicitor well whilst always keeping us informed. Conor was thorough in his investigations and carried out due diligence where necessary. We would not hesitate to use Scullion Law again, specifically Conor as he was fantastic.

Very efficient service

The process, and actions I needed to take were explained very clearly. Once I had done everything required, the work was completed without very much back and forth. I would use this firm again, however, the only reason it's not 5 stars is the follow up for reviews. Feedback was provided via email, and that should suffice.

I have recently been accused of assaulting someone, so I contacted Scullion law and was assigned Stephanie who made me feel more relaxed after one phone call with her.

After explaining the situation I am in she explained the next steps and gave me peace of mind.

I would highly recommend Scullion law for road traffic offences.
I opted for the director service, working with Kris Buchanan.
He's highly professional, a master at His profession.
Always available to answer any questions.
I was charged with driving without insurance
He got me the best result I could have hoped for, and without me having to set foot in a court room.
The crown were persuaded by Kris to treat the matter as “Not Called”
Couldn't recommended him any higher!
Thanks Kris

Had a situation where I failed to provide a breath sample to the police. Came to scullion law and went for Kris Buchanan. He was absolutely brilliant and managed to find small details within my case and worked very hard which led to me keeping my license. This was done with very little defence and only one witness. He is very experienced and knew how to deal with the judge and explained exactly how the process would go in a clear manner and kept me very calm. I managed to get the best outcome for myself on the day. Would definitely recommend.
