Driving charge

Scullion took on my case less than 24 hours before my court date due to problems with a previous lawyer. They couldn't have been more helpful with advice and explaining what the different options were going forward. I was put in touch with Stephanie who talked me through my case and what my different options were at court. She managed to keep me my driving license and instead of a ban I was given points and a fine. I would highly recommend this company.

The charge of dangerous driving was dismissed.

I was charged with dangerous driving under dubious circumstances, as it was claimed that I was exceeding the speed limit in the M8 roadworks area (specifically, 70 in a 40/50 zone). Having never encountered a situation like this before, I felt uncertain about my options and worried about the potential loss of my licence. I reached out to Scullion Law and was impressed by their professional and practical guidance. Consequently, I decided to enlist Chris and Darren to represent me in my case. Throughout the proceedings, I was able to communicate with Darren, who offered valuable advice and support. The team effectively succeeded in having the charge diminished, leading to a penalty of 4 points and a fine, which, when taking everything into account, was a positive result. I would recommend that anyone facing a similar situation reach out to them.

My experience with Scullion Law

Anna MacKay dealt with my case leading up to the trial date and she handled all matters with great care and responsibility. She was excellent in keeping my mind at peace on the work that was happening behind the scenes. Due to a sudden change in circumstances Anna could no longer attend my trial date and asked man of the hour Darren Fleming to step in. My man Darren walked into court on the day of trial and had my 4 charges and the case binned before lunch time. I thought i would be defending myself in front of a jury by lunch time that day instead, i was having lunch in town and a pint to celebrate.
If i was to be convicted for even 1 of the 4 charges i had been accused of my life would have been put on hold for the worse for the foreseeable future.
I thank Anna MacKay, Darren Fleming and Scullion Law’s team for the amazing life changing service they provide.

Gemma Miller outstanding

Gemma has been outstanding working and completing the conveyancing for my property portfolio. I have now purchased 8 properties with Scullion law and this really says it all. I am delighted with the service and specifically with the service provided by Gemma who has dealt with the majority of my work. She is extremely professional, efficient, approachable and her turnaround time is spot on. She has put offers in for me at very short notice, always gives excellent and sensible advice and is frankly a pleasure to deal with. The OUTSTANDING service she has provided for me is the sole reason I will continue to use Scullion Law for growing my business and property portfolio. 5 star service.

Property Sale

Gemma and her team were my solicitors for the selling of my house. Everyone I dealt with at Scullion Law were excellent to deal with. Anytime I had a question or query they were quick and happy to respond via email or telephone to keep me right and up to date with the process. They did everything they could to make the process as easy and uncomplicated as possible.

Thank you to Gemma, Connor and everyone at Scullion Law for their time and efforts. It is very much appreciated and I fully recommend them to anyone considering a law firm.

I would highly recommend Scullion law for road traffic offences.
I opted for the director service, working with Kris Buchanan.
He's highly professional, a master at His profession.
Always available to answer any questions.
I was charged with driving without insurance
He got me the best result I could have hoped for, and without me having to set foot in a court room.
The crown were persuaded by Kris to treat the matter as “Not Called”
Couldn't recommended him any higher!
Thanks Kris

Had a situation where I failed to provide a breath sample to the police. Came to scullion law and went for Kris Buchanan. He was absolutely brilliant and managed to find small details within my case and worked very hard which led to me keeping my license. This was done with very little defence and only one witness. He is very experienced and knew how to deal with the judge and explained exactly how the process would go in a clear manner and kept me very calm. I managed to get the best outcome for myself on the day. Would definitely recommend.

I needed a solicitor that had experience dealing with funds coming from abroad for a cash buy and Scullion Law provided this. It’s a long process but it was made possible and I am very pleased with the service provided.
